Polarimetric Calibration Matrix
Obtain a more accurate estimate of the target scattering matrix by using default or custom polarimetric calibration parameters.
Estimate the real and theoretical co-polarized and cross-polarized signatures of point targets (such as corner reflectors). Residual calibration errors are also detected.
Combine co- and cross-polarized intensity data which can be used for further interpretation or classification purposes.
Uses the default linearly-polarized dataset to synthesize a scattering matrix for any arbitrary polarization orthogonal basis.
Provides coherent (Pauli decomposition) and incoherent (Entropy-Alpha-Anisotropy eigen decomposition) methods for the scattering matrix decomposition. Coherent methods are good for local target characterization, whereas incoherent methods are good for distributed target characterization.

The phase component related to the acquisition geometry is generated.
Estimate the main scattering mechanisms of a full polarimetric pair of linear acquisitions, identifying those mechanisms that correspond to the highest value of interferometric coherence. The corresponding interferograms and coherence maps are provided as result.
Polarimetric Phase Difference / Interferogram Generation
Perform the Polarimetric Phase Difference using the HH and VV polarization of the same acquisition, and generate interferograms using the same polarization of the PolInSAR pair.
Synthetic Phase Flattening
The inteferogram flattening can be executed using the synthetic phase generated from a different polarization of the same acquisition pair.
Polarimetric / Interferometric Coherence
Generate correlation/coherence images based on Polarimetric Phase Difference / Interferogram products.
